I’ve always said that design and architecture are like storytelling. Both of which create experiences that bring people together, create meaning, entertain, and make you feel something. They can represent your values and elicit emotions — one space can make you feel uneasy, or inspired, or transport you back to another time. Others unexplainably feel like home. 

As an interior architect, I value the act of telling stories in a physical way. The most meaningful spaces read as personal, and if done just right, they become better with age. 

C. Rosalie 1902 began as a way to honor the chapters written before us. Antique and vintage pieces carry history in a way that few things can. Not only do they keep authentic craftsmanship alive but they are part of what makes a room worth contemplating and add depth to the spaces that we write.
